Pricing and Fees Policy

1. Before you book

This Policy lists every price, deposit and surcharge for rentals on futurecrypfto.com in Ukraine, shown before you confirm a booking (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII).

2. Hourly and daily rates

A rental day is 24 hours from handover; the minimum charge is two hours.

3. Taxes

futurecrypfto.com is a single tax payer, not VAT-registered; the rates above are final.

4. Deposit

A refundable deposit of UAH 2,000 per unit is blocked at handover and released within 5 business days of return, less assessed damage.

5. Surcharges

• Kyiv delivery UAH 300; outside Kyiv UAH 25 per km.
• Late return UAH 120 per hour, capped at the daily rate.
• Extra cleaning UAH 500.
• Lost or damaged item: replacement at market price.

6. Payment and cancellation

Payment is taken online before handover. Full refund over 24 hours before the start; 50% later; no-show 0%. Refunds within 7 business days.

7. Advertising

Promotional prices are time- and quantity-limited, marked as advertising and are not an offer under Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.

8. Complaints

Email contact@futurecrypfto.com or call +380 506 827 2797; we reply within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
