2. Use of the website

Using this website means you accept these Terms. We publish rental information and accept inquiries; no rental contract arises until we confirm availability, price and terms in writing.

3. Pre-contract information

Before you book or pay we provide the service description, total price, rental period and terms, cancellation and refund rules, and the complaint procedure (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII).

4. Inquiries and conduct

An inquiry redirects you to a confirmation page; it is not an order confirmation. Do not submit false data, attempt unauthorised access, infringe intellectual property or disrupt the service. Promotions are accurate and identifiable as advertising (Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР).

5. Personal data

We process personal data and use non-essential cookies on a lawful basis and, where consent applies, after prior informed consent (Privacy Policy; Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 25.04.2024 № 3831-IX).

6. Liability

The website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect losses or third-party content; liability that Ukrainian law does not allow to be limited remains unaffected.

Write to contact@futurecrypfto.com or call +380 506 827 2797; we reply within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII).
