Safety and Riding Rules

Age requirements

• The rental agreement may be concluded only by a person aged 18 or older.
• Riders aged 14–17 may use light electric vehicles only where Ukrainian traffic rules allow it, with the written consent of a parent or guardian.
• One rider per vehicle; passengers are not permitted.

Helmets and pre-ride checks

• A certified helmet is strongly recommended on every ride and is required for riders under 18.
• Before departure check brakes, tyres, lights and bell; wear closed shoes and use lights at night.

Traffic law compliance

• Obey Ukrainian traffic rules, road signs and signals.
• Ride in cycle lanes or on the carriageway edge — not on pavements, pedestrian zones or motorways.
• Keep within 20 km/h and slow down near crossings, parks and crowded areas.
• Never ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that impairs reaction.
• Park only in permitted areas and never block entrances, ramps or tactile paths.

Responsible routes

Prefer separated cycle lanes, low-traffic streets and parks with permitted paths. Avoid wet paving, cobblestones, tram tracks crossed at sharp angles and steep descents. In Kyiv use riverside and park cycle routes and avoid the city centre at peak hours.

Incidents and complaints

Report an accident, injury, defective vehicle or disputed charge to contact@futurecrypfto.com or +380 506 827 2797 within 14 days. We reply within 3 business days and resolve complaints within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be filed with the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba).
