Before you ride

Route safety notes

Each of the numbered routes on this page is planned for city riding. Read these four points before you choose a pickup point, so the ride matches your age, your gear and the day's traffic.

  1. 01

    Helmets travel with the rental

    A helmet is included with every e-scooter and e-bike, subject to availability in your size at the pickup point. Mention your size in the inquiry and we confirm it together with the vehicle.

  2. 02

    Age and ID check at handover

    Riders must be 18 or older and show a photo ID when collecting. The rental is issued to the named rider and cannot be passed to a second person during the booking.

  3. 03

    Traffic rules apply on every route

    Ride on the roadway or in marked cycle lanes, never on sidewalks crowded with pedestrians. Follow signals, give way at crossings and keep the pace of the street. Riding under the influence is not permitted.

  4. 04

    Availability is confirmed, not instant

    Submitting an inquiry does not hold a vehicle. A team member replies with confirmation for your pickup point and time slot, and only then is the ride booked.
