Rental Agreement

1. Scope

This agreement governs short-term vehicle rental between futurecrypfto.com LLC and the renter and states the pre-contract information required by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII. It is published under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.

2. Booking, price and deposit

Before you book or pay, the booking page states the vehicle, rental period, total price with fees, deposit and fuel terms. A booking binds once we confirm it and payment arrives. The refundable deposit is blocked at pick-up and released within 14 days of return, less amounts due for damage, fines or fuel.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up; later, one rental day is charged. If we cannot supply the vehicle, you get a full refund or a replacement.

4. Rider duties and fines

You must be 21+, hold a licence for at least 2 years, name all drivers, drive lawfully, return the vehicle with the agreed fuel, and pay all traffic and parking fines plus a handling fee.

5. Damage and liability

Liability for damage is limited to the excess in the booking confirmation; it is unlimited for wilful misconduct, intoxication, unauthorised drivers or off-road use.

6. Insurance limitations

Mandatory third-party motor insurance applies. It excludes tyres, glass, interior, keys, undercarriage and personal belongings. Optional excess reduction is sold at booking.

7. Advertising

Promotions on this site are accurate and identifiable as advertising under Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.

8. Personal data

Renter data is processed to perform this contract; see our Privacy Notice under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 25.04.2024 № 3831-IX.

9. Complaints

Write to contact@futurecrypfto.com or call +380 506 827 2797; we reply within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII.
